Contact and reports
Email info@girluo.com for website questions, privacy requests, inaccurate labels, copyright concerns or requests to restrict or remove a profile. The mailbox is checked daily. This does not mean every matter can be resolved within one day, and it is not a continuously monitored emergency service.
For a report, include the relevant Girluo or provider page address, a brief explanation, and a reply address if you would like a response. If acting for someone else, explain your role. Provide only information necessary to investigate. Country and location labels can be provider values or editorial assignments and can be corrected when inaccurate.
For suspected involvement of a minor, non-consensual content or another urgent safety concern, use the subject "Urgent safety report" and identify the relevant page. Do not send explicit images or videos, download material for us or attach identity documents unless a specific and proportionate verification step has been established. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority.
We assess reports and restrict or remove access on Girluo where appropriate. We may request limited additional information. Removing a listing here does not delete material from its source provider. Where we have a reply address, we can explain our handling; you can ask us to review it if relevant information was missed.
For a data-protection request, use the subject "Privacy request" and describe the data or feature concerned. You do not need a Girluo visitor account. Proportionate verification may be requested where necessary. Applicable rights and response periods are described in the Privacy Policy.
Entry to the adult directory uses a visitor declaration of being at least 18, without an identity-document or biometric check. Do not email an identity document to request entry. Access can still be restricted by location, provider rules or availability.
